Dr. Ahmed Basheer Ayyed is an Assistant Lecturer of Orthodontics at the Faculty of Dentistry, Al-Turath University, Baghdad, Iraq, and a PhD candidate in Orthodontics at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). He holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Future University (Egypt) and a Master of Science in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics from Al-Azhar University, where he developed a strong foundation in both clinical orthodontics and academic research.<\/p>

Dr. Ayyed is actively involved in undergraduate and postgraduate orthodontic education, combining evidence-based teaching with advanced clinical training. In addition to his academic role, he serves as Head of the Quality Assurance Unit at the Faculty of Dentistry, contributing to curriculum development, academic accreditation, and institutional quality improvement. His professional experience extends to senior clinical and instructional roles in several dental academies and clinical centers, where he supervises orthodontic training programs and clinical practice.<\/p>

His academic and research interests include orthodontic biomechanics, fixed appliance therapy, digital orthodontics, artificial intelligence applications in dental practice, and contemporary approaches to orthodontic diagnosis and treatment planning. Dr. Ayyed is an active participant in regional and international scientific conferences and regularly contributes as a speaker, reflecting his ongoing commitment to professional development, academic excellence, and advancement of orthodontic education.<\/p>

Dr. Ahmed Basheer Ayyed is an active academic speaker with extensive experience in delivering invited lectures and scientific presentations at national, regional, and international dental conferences. He has been invited as a speaker at numerous high-profile scientific meetings organized by universities, professional dental associations, and international conference committees across the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia.<\/p>

His speaking engagements primarily focus on orthodontic biomechanics, clinical decision-making in orthodontic treatment, digital and artificial intelligence applications in dentistry, anchorage control, growth modification, and contemporary orthodontic techniques. Dr. Ayyed is recognized for his ability to integrate theoretical foundations with practical clinical insights, making his lectures highly relevant to both academic audiences and practicing clinicians.<\/p>
